Yes. Once booked and dispatched, both you and the recipient receive a tracking link, plus delivery updates via WhatsApp.
What if my parcel cannot be delivered? +
It is returned to the originating Waltons store and you are notified to arrange redelivery or collection.
Is insurance included? +
Waltons does not provide insurance cover for couriered goods, please insure valuable items with your own provider before sending.
