How to Order?
It is recommended that you register on the Bidvest Waltons website but is not required. If you have already registered on the Bidvest Waltons website click on Login situated on the menu bar at the top of the page.
How to find Products?
Finding a product using the search functionality:
You can search for a specific product by entering the keyword related to the product and click on the search icon. This will return the products and items relating to the selected category and product keyword.
Finding products using the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page:
To find products using the navigation menu, select the relevant product category from the navigation menu, followed by the sub category.
This will display the product and image of the product relevant to your selection.
How to select and add items to the shopping basket?
Select the required item by clicking on the respective item. This will direct the user to the Product Page, where information related to the product and the product image can be viewed by the user. To add the item to the basket, update the quantity field with the required number and click on "Add to Cart".
How to view the shopping basket?
To view the shopping basket the user can click on "My Cart" at the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively the user can hover over "My Cart" which will display the Shopping Cart and content.
How to check out?
The user can proceed to the checkout page by hovering over or clicking on the "My Cart" button, the user will then click on "Check Out". This will direct the user to the checkout page.
Once on the checkout page the user will have an overview of the shopping cart and user information.
The user will be required to log in, if they are not the user will be prompted to do so. The user will then be required to verify or complete the relevant and necessary information required.
The order is now ready to be submitted, in order to complete the process the user will have the opportunity to agree to the terms and conditions and will click on "Buy Now". This will direct the user to the payment page where the user will capture the relevant payment information.
The user will receive a confirmation screen advising them whether their transaction was successful or not. If the transaction was successful the user will also receive an email confirming the order and will be directed to the order history page.
Funds for successful transactions will be authorised and allocated against the transaction and the users bank account.
